We’re hiring reliable, motivated individuals to assist with tent setup and breakdown for events across Long Island and NYC.

  • Our event crew members assist with the delivery, setup, and breakdown of tents and event equipment. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team.

  • Responsibilities Include

    • Tent setup and breakdown

    • Loading and unloading equipment

    • On-site event support

    • Maintaining clean and safe work areas

    • Following setup instructions and safety guidelines

  • Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years old (if younger must have work permit)

    • Able to lift 50+ lbs

    • Reliable transportation (preferred)

    • Weekend availability

    • Comfortable working outdoors

    • Team-oriented and dependable

    • Flexible, event-based scheduling

    • Weekends and occasional weekdays

    • Compensation is provided per event

    • Opportunity for consistent work during peak season
